Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for Canxida.com to pick, pack, and prepare your order.

Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.


  • Free shipping for orders of USD 100 or more
  • Arrives in 7 –15 business days
  • Cost for orders under USD 100 will be calculated at checkout

If you’re outside of the US, and because your order is shipping internationally, it has to be cleared through customs.

All customs duty and import taxes must be paid by the recipient.


  • We are not responsible for any delays or retained packages caused by customs, duty fees or other international limitations. We will refund what has been returned
  • It is your responsibility to be aware of and inform us of any shipping regulations in your country which may affect the delivery of your order.
  • For some of our clients, there might be an international transaction fee. This fee is not charged by us, please contact your bank regarding this.

We deliver your order as fast as possible. Expedited delivery isn't currently available.


It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for opened or unopened items – for any reason – within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding CanXida Restore).

  • All of our prices are in $ USD.
  • Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
  • Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
  • Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
  • We do not cover return shipping fees.
  • You can cancel or make an important edit to your order within the first 24 hours of your purchase by simply sending us an email
