It's
important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Customers may
return any opened or unopened CanXida product within 90 days.
To initiate a return, please fill up the Return Form . A CanXida representative will contact you to complete the process. .
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration, please let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team so that we can make things better. Fill up our webform Return Form and please make sure to let us know the issue as 'Missing Item', 'Wrong Item', or 'Damaged / Expired Item'. Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about! CanXida may arrange to collect the product.

Who will pay for shipping?
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits due on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
How much will I be refunded?
We issue a full refund on the actual items. The refund does not include shipping, GST, customs and VAT that CanXida pays at the border for international orders. Please contact us for more information.

I placed an order for nine bottles and eight of them are open and one is unopened. How will the refund process work?
It's important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Customers may return any opened or unopened CanXida product within 90 days. You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We cannot issue a full refund if you have an opened product and it's more than 90 days since you ordered. Returned orders that are not received within 90 days of original purchase will NOT be credited.
My order included "Free Shipping". Will I still be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges will be deducted from any orders that originally qualified for free shipping. We use UPS to ship orders that qualify for free shipping. However, CanXida still pays for shipping. Given we do not own or operate UPS, we cannot issue refund on shipping even those qualified for free shipping.
How do I know I was issued a refund?
You will either get an automated alert from our system that refund was issued, or customer support will contact you. In case you don't get an email from us then send us an email and we will look into it.
