We want you to have one less worry, that’s why we make ordering with us safe and secure, we use an SSL throughout our checkout. That is the highest level of security that you can possibly get. You can also be rest assured that your information will NEVER be shared with a third party of any sort.

Canxida currently ships anywhere in the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada, Mexico, South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. For our military members, we’ll gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses as well.

We offer multiple shipping options:

Free Worldwide: Our free shipping can take anywhere from 6 to 20 days for delivery.
USPS Priority Mail: This one can take anywhere from 4 days to 15 days, there are some cases for certain countries where it can take 25 days.
FedEx: Please check the tracking code to find out the delivery times. Usually it takes 5-8 days. This option is highly recommended for our customers from Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and NZ.
(Coming Soon) NZ Post: This option is for our customers from Australia and NZ. Please do not select this option if you are not from Australia or NZ. It usually takes 3-5 days to get it delivered.

Paying for Your Canxida Order

Canxida currently accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), we are working hard to make additional payment options available. Don’t forget – your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase after 30 days – FOR ANY REASON – simply contact our customer service department via email at help@canxida.com, and you can send the bottles back – unopened, opened, or even completely empty – for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping costs).

Tracking Your Canxida Order!

All orders are shipped within one business day of your order (the USPS does not pick up purchases on the weekends). Shipping is FREE worldwide. Free shipping is done through USPS First Class for all countries. You’ll receive an email from our fulfillment center with a confirmation that your order has shipped which will also include the tracking code.

Shipping Times Internationally Orders up to 1lb (453.5gram), tracking will be only to the border, no visibility to delivery and estimated delivery of about 10-14 days. Internationally this service is a little slower but in our experience these packages typically fall under much less scrutiny at customs than parcels using higher levels of shipping service.

Priority mail sent through the USPS within US is delivered in 2-3 days. Thus, if you are shipping within US the product should be at your door within 2-3 days.

All orders are processed and picked-up by carrier between 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). If your order was placed after 3:00 PM we will process it next day.

Refunds & Returns

You may return any unopened item for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date, with the following exceptions:


  • No refunds on the supplement "CanXida Restore". In order to guarantee its potency and effectiveness, we take measures to ship and store this product under optimal conditions. We do not accept returns for "CanXida Restore" as part of ensuring maximum quality for all of our customers.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, we do not refund the shipping fees. USPS/FeDex is not owned or operated by us.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned products. To cover the handling, shipping and processing fees.
  • This return policy applies to refused and unclaimed packages.

International Orders


  • We are not responsible for any delays or retained packages caused by customs, duty fees or other international limitations. We will refund what has been returned.
  • While it is unusual for our customers to pay custom fees & taxes, if your order gets stuck at customs, all custom taxes and fees must be paid by the recipient.
  • It is your responsibility to be aware of and inform us of any shipping regulations in your country which may affect the delivery of your order.
